Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1 (June 01, 2019): Hanoi Arrival (Meals: N/A)
On arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you are welcomed by our company’s driver then transferred to check in the hotel, free at leisure. Enjoy welcome dinner at restaurant then stay overnight at hotel.
Day 2 (June 02, 2019) Hanoi City Tour (Breakfast, Lunch)
Have breakfast at hotel, at 09:00 AM, tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi. We will spend full day for Hanoi city tour, this full day tour takes you around Hanoi’s most interesting sights, including the Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and his Stilts House, Presidential Palace and the One Pillar Pagoda nearby, and the Hanoi Old Quarter also known as the 36 streets and guilds. Also on the tour – the Lake of the Restored Sword – Hoan Kiem Lake, the Temple of Literature, peaceful West Lake or Ho Tay with lovers Thanh Nien Street, the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda. In the late afternoon, enjoy a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show.
Transfer back to the hotel at around 05:00 PM, dinner will be on guests’ account then stay overnight at hotel in Hanoi.
Day 3 (June 03, 2019): Hanoi – Halong Bay Cruise (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
07:45 – 08:15, pick up at hotel for three and a half hours road trip with short refreshment on half way to Halong Bay.
12:30 Arrive at Hon Gai Harbour, enter our waiting lounge for short break before getting on boat
12:45 Enjoy a welcome drink onboard the Tonkin Cruise boat.
13:30 Cruising through Bai Tu Long Bay and having lunch with Set Menu
15:30 Exploring Vung Vieng Village: Guest choose to discover the daily life of the fisher communities with bamboo boat (one hour) or kayaking around Vung Vieng area (one hour)
16:30 Swimming, Sunbathing and Relaxing at Ban Chan Beach.
17:30 Relax and enjoy the sunset cocktail while the boat is cruising to Cong Dong – Cong Do area. Docking for overnight.
18:00 Taking part into cooking class on boat: Learning how to cook traditional Vietnamese cuisines
19:30 Having BBQ dinner
21:00 Free evening or taking part in some activities of board games or squid fishing, karaoke (on request) Taste the variety of drink at our luxury sundeck bar (chargable) with wines, cocktails, brandy, juices…
23:00 End of program for Day One. Stay overnight on cruise in Halong Bay
Day 4 (June 04, 2019): Halong Bay – Hanoi (Breakfast, Lunch)
06:30 Doing exercises with Tai chi on the sundeck.
07:30 Enjoy a light breakfast while cruising to Thien Canh Son Cave area.
8:00 Exploring the Thien Canh Son Cave. Located at the centre of the World Heritage Area- Halong Bay, Thien Canh Son Cave treats tourists to the wild and mysterious beauty of nature
09:30 Return to the boat for check out and relaxing on sundeck or watching fruits carving demonstration
10:30 Enjoy the last of the Ha Long Bay scenery over lunch as the boat cruises back to shore
12:00 Transfer by tender to the pier, relax inside our waiting lounge and waiting for return transportation.
16:30 Drop-off at hotel in Hanoi. Free at leisure, dinner will be on guests’ account then stay overnight at hotel in Hanoi.
Day 5 (June 05, 2019): Hanoi – by flight to Danang – Tour of Danang & Hoi An (Breakfast, Lunch)
Have breakfast at hotel, you will be transferred to Noi Bai Airport for boarding on our short flight to Danang.
On arrival to Danang, you are greeted by our guide and driven to Danang for having lunch at restaurant.
Transfer to visit the Marble Mountain, whose peaks represent the five elements, and the My Khe Beach on our way to Hoi An. This charming town was originally a Cham seaport but has been influenced down the centuries by a myriad of traders from various cultures. There are plenty to see in Hoi An, some of which are the famous Japanese Covered Bridges, the Pottery Museum, the 200 years old Tam Ky House, the Chua Ong Pagoda and the vibrant market. We include these sites in a walking tour past many low tiled houses scattered along the small streets and assembly halls which reflect the town’s multi-cultural past. Overnight at hotel in Hoi An.
Day 6 (June 06, 2019): Hoi An – transfer to Hue via Hai Van Pass – Tour of Hue City (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
Have breakfast at hotel, at 08:30 AM, picked up by tour guide and driver for our journey from Hoian to Hue. The winding roads begin as we make our way up the spectacular Hai Van Pass. Here we make stop to admire the stunning view north to Lang Co village and south to Danang City. Once arriving at Lang Co, we have a pleasant break by the beach before we head towards Hue. This small and quiet town was once Vietnam’s feudal capital from 1802 to 1945.
We visit the massive citadel, containing the Imperial City and the Purple Forbidden City. This royal residence was all but destroyed during the 1968 Tet Offensive; however it is still fascinating to walk among the ruins. The next stop is an elaborate mausoleum dedicated to Emperor Tu Duc. We see this masterpiece and enjoy a boat trip on the Perfume River giving us a chance to visit the beautiful riverside Thien Mu Pagoda and catch the spectacular sunset. The sightseeing also includes Dong Ba Market that sells a wide variety of local goods and handicrafts. Along the way we pass by many fantastic eating spots, ideal places for visitors to sample some local delicacies. Dinner will be on guests’ account then stay overnight at hotel in Hue.
Day 7 (June 07, 2019): Hue – by flight to Ho Chi Minh City – Tour of Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast, Lunch)
Have breakfast at hotel, picked up by our driver then transferred to the airport for boarding on short flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
On arrival to Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City, you are picked up by tour guide and driver, transferred to city centre for the tour of Ho Chi Minh City.
This metropolis, contradiction of its northern counterpart, is crowded with bikes and motorbikes, excited by numerous shopping areas and sidewalk cafes. An afternoon will acquaints us with some major sights of Ho Chi Minh. We drive past many lively streets on our way to the Reunification Palace. This mansion was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975. Close to the palace are some striking French colonial structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Sai Gon Post Office. We follow these with a visit to the Jade Emperor Pagoda and the War remnant exhibit. The final stop is Ben Thanh Market where anything and everything is for sale! Day 8 (June 08, 2019): Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast, Lunch)
After your breakfast at hotel, you are picked up by tour guide and driver at 07:30 AM, leaving Ho Chi Minh City, we drive through pleasant countryside before arriving at Cu Chi. Before entering the tunnels, we watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed. We then spend the next hour exploring part of the tunnel system to gain a little understanding of what it was like during war time. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers.
Take a short cut via Highway 1 to My Tho in Mekong Delta. On arrival in My Tho we board a boat navigating around the intricate small canals, which is a great way to observe the local lifestyle close-up and catch a view dotted by many islands. The exciting river trip will pass by the lush green vegetation towards the famous Unicorn Island where we have a chance to stroll around an orchard, taste many seasonal fruits and see farmers at work. We navigate some narrower canals using small rowing boats to Ben Tre Province for an interesting visit to some local industries. The extra enjoyment is a lunch at one of the famous local eating spots. We drive back to Ho Chi Minh; dinner will be on guests’ account then stay overnight at hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Day 9 (June 09, 2019): Ho Chi Minh City – by flight to Siem Reap – Angkor Tour (Breakfast, Lunch)
Have breakfast at hotel, you are picked up by our driver for transferring to Tan Son Nhat Airport for boarding on flight to Siem Reap.
On arrival at Siem Riep Airport, pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel check in (check in time: 02:00 PM). The same afternoon, we will visit the jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm is an incredible sight. There are enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers which embrace themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man’s creation being reclaimed by the powerful forces of nature. Day 10 (June 10, 2019): Siem Reap – Angkor Temples (Breakfast, Lunch)
Breakfast at the hotel – The sightseeing tour of Angkor area we spend a full day exploring the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the largest as well as the most complete temple of Angkor Wat. This architectural masterpiece was constructed in the 12th century and covers an area of about 210 hectares. We stroll around this massive edifice, seeing the many galleries with Colums, libraries, pavilions, courtyards and ponds full of water reflecting the towering temple. The same afternoon, we will take Tuk Tuk (the most common taxi in Cambodia) to cruise around the suburb of Siem Reap. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.
Day 11 (June 11, 2019): Siem Reap – Departure (Meals: Breakfast)
Breakfast at the hotel – drive to Choueng Kneas village, where you will take the boat to visit the way of life Cambodian poor people along with schools, restaurants, hospitals and much more floating on the great lake of Tonle sap. Transfer to the airport for the flight departure. End of our services.
